April Updates at Vityalaya Yoga!
We've made some exciting changes this April to enhance your yoga and meditation journey.
Here’s what’s new:

Room Arrangements
Ida Room – Dedicated to Yoga Classes
Pingala Room – Reserved for Breathing & Meditation Classes
Prana Room – Now open for all existing members, free of charge! This space is perfect for quiet self-practice, breathwork, or meditation. Additionally, it can be used as a prayer room for our Muslim yoga enthusiasts. (Stay tuned while we update the booking slots on our website)

Evening Session Updates
Evening classes will now begin at 5:30pm, 6:45pm and 8:00pm with each session running for one hour, followed by a 15-minute gap between classes.

New Classes Added!
Yoga Classes
Yogalates – Many of you already know Ms. Hurul, and we’re thrilled that she’s now introducing Yogalates! This class blends yoga and Pilates to enhance core strength, posture, and flexibility, offering a well-rounded practice for balance and stability.

Breathing & Meditation Classes
We’ve now separated breathing and meditation practices into individual sessions to help students fully immerse in each technique before progressing:
Kriya Yoga – Dynamic breathing and movement techniques to awaken inner energy.
Pranayama – Breath control practices to enhance vitality and focus.
Dharana – Concentration techniques to build mental clarity.
Dhyana – Meditation practices for deep inner stillness.

Welcoming Our New Instructor!
We’re delighted to introduce Ms. Sharmila, who will be teaching Hatha Yoga Flow every Sunday at 9:15am.
